As obsolete structures crumble and fall away, a bridge to a new world appears beneath our feet as we walk. We are the architects of a new reality. What will we create?

11-11 gateway
It's the 11-11 gateway tomorrow and people are saying it is an important moment in our collective ascension, with a stronger than ever influx of energy that is higher in frequency. It can be heard as a ringing in the ears which may alternate between a higher and lower pitch throughout the day. It is also causing dizziness and mild nausea. As I have said in other posts, lower-density emotions such as shame, anger, resentment, jealousy and so on, cannot exist at higher frequencies as they vibrate more slowly.
Since unexpressed or acknowledged emotions from past experiences are literally stored in the physical body, in the tissues, bones and organs, they will need to be released. This cleansing takes place on the physical level in the form of purging, such as a fever, sweating, vomiting, diarrhoea etc. It is important to drink plenty of the purest water available to aid the body in this process of elimination. Exercising helps to release the trapped emotional energy, as does massage and other kinds of bodywork.
On the emotional level there will be the need to feel the unexpressed emotions, which might happen suddenly without warning and may be accompanied by vivid memories of past events. I have experienced this personally, especially after I met my twin in 2011 which initiated a kundalini awakening. It is important to allow ourselves to feel without judgment and to express them by crying or shouting, punching pillows etc, if we need to, but not taking them out on others as they are not responsible for how we feel. Equally, it is important to allow others to express their own without trying to control or judge.
Spiritually, the best way to help ourselves is to sit quietly in meditation or prayer, breathing slowly and deeply, every day and preferably more than once a day if possible. For tomorrow, I am setting some spiritual intentions to come into full alignment with my purpose here on Earth.
Love and blessings to you, dear reader.

Sadhana
Last night before going to bed I was feeling lost and abandoned. I was confused about what we are doing, where we are going. What is the point of this connection that makes me yearn for the feeling of home but it's never satisfied?
So as I lay down in my bed, I asked my higher self and my guides, that are working for my highest good, to give me some guidance. I sat up and tried to meditate to be receptive but instead I drifted into a sleep state.
This morning, as I was in that place between sleep and waking, I heard a voice talking to me. It said that we are developing our 'sadhsana'. When I fully awoke I realised this sentence was important although I had never heard the word 'sadhsana' before. What did it mean?
I went to the internet and found a word that I thought must be it. But it wasn't 'sadhsana'. Instead it was 'sadhana' without the 's'.
The first definition I read that made sense to me was this, "it refers to any spiritual exercise that is aimed at progressing the sadhaka towards the very ultimate expression of his or her life in this reality."
